请教关于 Permission Denial的问题

做了个小程序在我的app中调用本地的sd卡上的html文件显示在2.2的设备上能正常显示但是在2.3的设备上提示不能打开
提示是system_process 中的 ActivityManager 报的 W/ActivityManager(61): Permission Denial: opening provider com.android.htmlviewer.FileContentProvider from ProcessRecord{40665c50 937:com.gdp/10034} (pid=937, uid=10034) requires null or null查了很多资料都不知道问题出在哪了有高人帮忙指点下出现这个问题可能是哪的问题吗？万分感谢
