ENGR00138422: Fix usb connection failure issue when doing fastboot. Change the default I/O unit from bytes to block size, this can avoid the 32bit size limitation for fastboot to access the big disk. 
NOTE: There's SATA enabled codes, but it's still has bug to use.ENGR00118558: Correct the default android uboot env of loading size of the kernel.
