NAnt：如何编译web工程

使用NAnt编译类库工程是没有问题的，但是在解决方案中有web工程就报错：
BUILD FAILEDError checking whether 'http://localhost/hrmgr/hrmgr.web.csproj' is an enterpris
e template project.
    The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
怎么在build文件中配置？谢谢！
