没有实现System.Web.IHttpHandler接口怎么转

ASP_Page_Views_Transport_Quarantine_cshtml看样子是一个视图类，如果继承自UserControl就不行
要取得当前的页面（请求）处理实例对象可以用HttpContext.Current.Handler
