CSDN is a web server, they are saving their files locally, I doubt they even save the xml through DOMDOCUMENT. Where are you saving your file to?

可以看看是不是这个原因，在localhost测试的时候，需要把xml文件签出，然后才能写，但是当你真正在发布的时候，就不需要了。
