uncaught exception: [CKEDITOR.resourceManager.load] Resource name "water" was not found at "http://localhost:4071/CKeditorUsage/ckeditor/plugins/water/plugin.js?t=B5GJ5GG".那个文件夹下根本没遇plugin.js不知道是乌龙还是别的原因
