原来用delphi，现在用.net，控件布局有点问题

在vs2010环境下
我拖动下背景图片，Btn_Login这个按钮就不见了，但是代码还在那个地方
另外，2个lable控件不能拖动，在DIV里边订死了，但是text控件却可以拖动有点头疼啊，请帮助下，下边是HTML代码
