gridview 固定表头？

查了很多，都说下面的代码可以固定，但我的就是成功不了。不知道需要特别注意些什么？我的gridview里放到了一个表格里了。GridView固定表头(不用javascript只用CSS!，很好用)：

    用法绝对没有问题，我用ie8 goole的浏览器都测试，还是不行。
