未能加载文件或程序集“XXX”或它的某一个依赖项。拒绝访问。

网上找了很多方法，归纳起来就是两个：
1、删除掉并重新加载dll文件，并确保dll文件已经引用到bin文件夹中；
2、赋予C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files读写权限。
