using System.Management 这名字空间被取消了？？我怎么用不了？

没变，你要先添加对System.Management.dll的引用，然后在using 名字空间

    there is refrence under each project
    right-click it and then add refrence
    select System.Management.dll
    then add it, that is all!

    右键点击你的工程，选择菜单中的添加引用，在其中的对话框中选择System.ManageMent。
