UncompAVIToWMV This console application sample shows the necessary code to compress an AVI file to a WMV file. It shows how to merge samples for audio and video streams from several AVI files and either merge these into similar streams or create a new stream based on the source stream profile. windows好想自己提供了某些压缩函数，不如capDlgVideoCompression函数可以直接压缩呀！(不过会弹出一个对话框)

capDlgVideoCompression会弹出一对话框，可以选择压缩类型，
能压缩成mpeg的，1秒30桢，640*480大小，60秒可以压缩到2M左右，
不过压缩完了，取单桢的时候不知道怎么取了......
