关于Socket的问题

我这里在做一个网络通信程序，在调试的时候总是出现“asynchronous socket error 10061” 提示错误， 在ClientSocket组件上的属性设置应该没有问题，请问这是为什么（在线等候）

10061错误好象是"未找到服务器或服务器未运行"调试Socket程序最好还是不要在一台机器上做..
