串口通信

各位大侠，我在delphi6.0中安装了MSCOMM控件，为什么不能用，把MSCOMM控件放到窗体上时，提示:License information for TMSComm not found.You cannot use this control in design mode.
请问我该什样做才能正常用上这个控件，因为我现在在做一个串口通信的程序！，我的操作系统是WIN2000.
