Delphi 7.0 用DBEXPRESS连接Oracle的时候报错Unable to Load oci.dll.:

---------------------------这个是连接8.0以上版本所必须的.dll，但是不知道是不是我的DELPHI盘问题，居然没有这个.dll,谁能提供一个？

这是Oracle的DLL，连接Oracle必须要安装Oracle的客户端，并且进行相应的配置！！！目前我只知道ODAC(Oracle Direct Access Components)可以不安装Oracle客户端连接Oracle，不知道DOA可不可以！！！注意是DOA(Direct Oracle Access)不是DAO(Data Access Object)！！！
