JB9+Weblogic7.0sp2的配置问题,报错信息如下（）

我不用在JB中启动服务器方式，而用在＂菜单＂直接启动的方式来启动后，对Session Bean 进行Deploy后报错：
Unable to connect server t3://hohai-ni32ogmcp:7001 as user orant.
 Reason: javax.naming.AuthenticationException [Root exception is java.lang.SecurityException: User: orant, failed to be authenticated.
 Check option -adminurl, -user and -password.
请问这怎么来通过设置解决？会报错：
