构造函数是什么?为什么要使用构造函数?为什么总是看见"把一些树传递给构造函数,让构造函数作为参数"这样做有什么好处呢?

Question 1:I am very good at communicating with human. No matter familar friends or strange people, 
old human or young ones, i always like to communicate with them about the life experience, 
the trend of the world economic, etc. So I am a really out-going person. This causes my 
activities more and more in the moment. Here only list several group memberships that i 
have.         Insert table.The first group is my family. I love everyone in my family, Father, Mother, Brother, girl friend and myself, too. Though there are only four persons, but i spent more than 20 percent of my days together with them, even though i live in college and work in company from Monday to Friday. I always telephone them to inform them i will do what,what,what, i also show my happiness and sadness to them, but try mybest to bring them the happiness.The second group is English Corner. At present, i am working in an American software developing company. All the customers are American. Without English, i cannot communicate with them. So i workhard to improve my Spocken English and have a very high level in this group.Qestion2:
It is easy for me to identify my communicator competences and communicator mistake. I told the people around me point out my bad behavior when they found. Most of them offen give me some kind suggestion. Through these suggestion, i can idetify my communicator competences and communicator mistake.
six months ago, one day my mother did up her hair, she muttered:"I am old now. I'm old." At that moment, i noticed her white hair appeared a lot. I walk to her and say:"Mum, i grown up now. You fostered me all the time. From now on, i will serve you with my hands. I will be your good son. And in my eyes, you are the most beautiful woman for ever."
I use my communicator competences when i take atcivities for various competition. I still remember i come to the current company for the first time to have an interview. Many candidates are there. Almost all of them are old and more experience than me. How can i success between them. I showed my best communicator competences and at last, i was hired by the current company.
I am not afraid of making mistakes at common life and work. I found the virtuous person always welcomed by the around people.
So, i tried my best to be a virtuous person. I love all of them. I always be ready for helping them. I never discuss their disadvantage behind them and never play a dirty trick in the group. So at present most of them are friendly to me when i need their help. They also consider me one of their trusted people. I offen make mistakes, but this mistakes makes me a true person in the group. This became the reason they love and support me.
Qestion3:When i want to point out other's mistakes and give them some suggestions, i have not enough courage. And I am always feel difficut to catch the point that a speaker want to show us. How to discover the speaker's thinking but he/she won't like to say it out. And what should do before i give my speech. And how to show my love and appreciation to others. I think this course is an very important course for me. The group communication is the most important skill for us to live in the world in nowadays. The feeling are more and more comlex.
