jb有个包管理的，添加一下就好了，没装jb，所以具体步骤不清楚，
添加好之后把包导入工程就ok了

要用串口通信,建议用sourceforge.net的其他包,功能强多了
comm.jar我用过了,问题很多,特别是windows版本不知道现在有没有新版本?
