    Sorry,the tools can't convert the Big5 character into GB2312.
    The step are:
        1.create a file containing the big5 character,the file name is bg.txt.Acorrding to the source code,it means it will convert big5 char into GB2312 char.
        2.run the cmd:    java zhcode bg.txt   out.txt
         (note:  bg.txt is big5 file and out.txt file will be created)
        3.processing finish.But when I open the out.txt throught the IE explorer,I can't see the correct character. 
    Why????
    Pls tell me the truth!!

    我以前运行过那程序，的确是可以使用的，包含了BIG5的文本你可先用word转换出来，然后再使用工具去做，big码应该是乱码才是，而不是IE上面看到的繁体字
