在XMLBeans中使用xpath的问题

这是在XMLBeans中使用的xpath查询语句，String queryExpression = "declare namespace xs='http://www.tfosuen.com' $this/xs:html/xs:node[@id='engine1']";
这句话在xmlbeans中报错，错误是什么语句太复杂了，总之是不对。但//html/node[@id='engine1']在xmlspy中是正确的。我要查询的结果<html><node id="engine1"></node></html>请大家帮个忙。
