WIN2003到底支不支持SQL SERVER 2000？

应该是你的IE设置的问题,你打开IE选项,在 安全 项中,选择自定义 internet 
将相关的选项设置为和 win2000 一样,再试试我刚装上2003的时候也被这个搞得头大,改了后就没事了.2003的默认设置不适用上网的.

sql server 2000 的sp4现在还没有！是7.0的pack4

You need to install SQL SP3. When you first install SQL2000
on Windows 2003 it disables all network libraries to prevent
network connections to SQL because it's considered a security
risk before SP3 is applied. Installing SP3 will re-enable the
network libraries or you can do it yourself using the Server Network
utility however please note that the only supported version of SQL
on Windows 2003 is SQL2000/MSDE2000  SP3.
