RedHat E4 Linux 日志问题，急急！！！

大家好，请教一个linux 日志文件不能记录的问题，也就是从10月9号以后，系统所有的日志文件都没有新的记录了。处理过程如下:
一，9号那天，我查看了日志文件还是正常的，我看 / 目录下剩余空间不多了，我就想到将/var/log 目录移到/home (因这是一个单独分区，有很多空间）并修改了/etc/syslog.conf 文件相应设置。重启了 syslogd 服务。就不能记录log了,
    见不能记录日志，我就将刚才修改的修改回原始壮态，并重启了syslogd服务，可log还是没有新的记录。请大伙帮忙分析一下。是什么原因。

我郁闷呢！我已改回了原来的了，可现在就是不行。
机器了重启了。
以下是服务运行壮态。

大家好，请大家帮我分析一下。
我装了别一个系统，用一楼相同的方法，日志没能问题，我看了一下相关syslog的工作原理的文章，怀疑是syslog函数库出了问题，可不知怎么修复。
