mysql 服务无法启动

继win7环境下mysql5卸载后服务安装不上又出现mysql server无法启动的问题：D:\PHP\MySQL Server 5.6\bin>net start mysql
MySQL 服务正在启动 .

但是，我的MySQL安装目录中没有ibdata1目录或文件……针对以上错误报告，都有哪些原因造成？如何解决？MySQL服务器Windows

    搜my.ini文件 然后删除  都用默认的

    感谢楼上建议，确实有多个my.ini冲突了。
    但是现在mysql server启动后，没有mysql表：D:\PHP\MySQL Server 5.6\bin>mysql
