my.ini中写错了某个字的时候不能安装成功,所以我觉得应该是走的这个文件。我不知道怎样看它默认走哪个文件。按照楼上说的加上--default-files时候,报错:[Warning] option 'new': boolean value 't' wasn't recognized.
我再研究研究。

如果系统32位只能相应安装mysql 32下数据库。
我一直在研究安装目录下的my.ini有什么问题。
没想到C:/windows底下还藏了一个今天偶然发现的
那里边有一句话:default-character-set=gbk。。
虽然前面的回答都没有解决我的问题,但还是灰常灰常谢谢各位大神的回答。
