急急急！！mysql主从服务器的启动问题

我想问下大家，我在启动从服务器，加载配置文件的时候 
D:\MYSQLSLAVE\mysql\bin>mysqld --defaults-filename=d:\mysqlslave\mysql\bin\my.in 
i

InnoDB: The error means mysqld does not have the access rights to 
InnoDB: the directory. It may also be you have created a subdirectory 
InnoDB: of the same name as a data file. 
InnoDB: File name .\ibdata1

InnoDB: Cannot continue operation. 
但是实际上.ini文件只在这一个目录下存在，ibdata里面也没有这个文件啊，应该如何启动啊？期待大家的回复
