一个奇怪的问题

请问
 我用mysql administor登陆，我open connection edit，创建连接，对于root用户，设置密码。连接正常，对于其他用户，在创建连接时若设置密码，在登陆时若写密码则报错，Could not connect to host 'localhost'.
MySQL Error Nr. 1045
Access denied for user 'yw'@'localhost' (using password: YES)Click the 'Ping' button to see if there is a networking problem.
不写密码，则可登陆。
