oracle9和oracle11连接

小弟有个oracle程序基于oracle9i
现在小弟在网上down了一个oracle11g
但是安装完oracle11后，后台可以连上数据库，程序却连不上了。
程序中有个配置文件个人感觉应该是第二行有问题。但是不知道改成什么才能连上。
