求教：安装oracle之前创建裸设备出错，急急急

我在VM上安装了liunx4的操作系统，原有9个分区，还剩一些空间用于创建裸设备，但是在创建创建裸设备的时候确出现错误，执行步骤如下
[root@hxp-test ~]# fdisk  /dev/sda
依次输入 n 回车 再回车 输入 w  回车后出现以下错误The partition table has been altered!Calling ioctl() to re_read partition table.WARNING: Re-reading the partition table failed with error 16: Device or resource busy.The kernel still uses the old table.The new table will be used at the next reboot.Syncing disks.我看创建失败了，重启后用 sfdisk -l 查看我刚才建的裸设备却能显示出来

多了一个 /dev/sda10 我想着是不是也能用，结果创建ASM磁盘的时候出错误，提示
/dev/sda10 is an partition请位各位同学这是什么原因造成的，该怎么处理，因为是在VM上，我重新了两次操作系统，结果都是这样，求各位帮忙，谢谢了
