为什么oracle服务自动关闭？

大家好：
   我在一个数据库中建立了10个实例（把部门所有系统的数据库都装在一个机器中），最后一个实例创建好，登录时出现ora-12500错误，然后才发现该实例的服务启动后，不到10s后就自动关闭了。
1.我在事件查看器中发现 ID 12，描述“All process in instance ora92dev stopped”；
2.下边是alter中部分信息：
