关于数据库初始化参数问题，高分求助！

关于我的配置是这样的：参数            原配置                       新配置db_block_size 8192 Byte                       8192 Byte

java_pool_size 0 Byte                       10485760 Byte（10M）
sort_area_size 65536 Byte（64K）              524288 Byte（512K）
sort_area_retained_size 65536 Byte（64K）     524288 Byte（512K）
合计：                约143M                    约462M
占1G内存的百分比        14．3%                    46．2%我的机器内存为1G，由原来的占用内存143M，改为462M,重新启动系统，
系统报错：ora-01034: oracle not available
    ora-27101:shared memory realm does not exist
ibm aix risc system/6000 error:2:no such file or directory请问，这是什么原因？
将参数该回原来的值，数据库恢复正常。
