通过oci在不同表空间的表之间进行记录转移，应该如何实现？

我看了oci的guide,里头说“in shared mode,  statement handles which execute the same SQL statement on different users' sessions but in the same schema, either on the same or multiple connections.”即共享模式下，只能操作同一schema.
但我在OCIStmtPrepare函数中使用非共享模式参数：（ub4）OCI_NO_SHARING,不同表空间的操作仍然不能进行。
以上提到的代码用的是同一用户,在一个session内运行。
不知老哥能否指点一二。
