TNS:12560错误？求救!!!!!

regedit进入注册表管理
查找HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\HOME0\看看这下面的ORACLE_SID键是不是你现在的数据库（估计不是），修改过来就好了并且己将它的服务在注册表中删除.请问有什么办法可以恢复
用oradim命令可以建立一个新的服务和实例

Cause: A generic protocol adapter error occurred.
Action: Check addresses used for proper protocol specification. Before
reporting this error, look at the error stack and check for lower level transport
