I believe your oms is not setup properly . Maybe it doesn't created at all . If you just want to take backup . Why not just create a simply dos bat and type your exp command in it . and you can use any schedule
utility to schedule it in a proper time .

如果系统在NONARCHIVELOG模式下，我建议你使用EXP
或者OS方法备份数据库用OEM备份的数据库恢复挺困难的。其实他是调用了RMAN对于RMAN的用法挺复杂的。
