tns有问题，你检查一下你的TNS文件

    不是提示你了无监听
    以下两个可能性比较大：
    1. tns配置错误
    2. 监听没有起来或者配置错误

    试了试网上的方法  在cmd中输入 netstat -a -n
    将服务器的1521端口前面 数值
    通过    把listener.ora中 host的localhost改为电脑名
    就可 改为 0.0.0.0
    就可以了

    网上说如果是在11g之后localhost就不行了
