不是RAC，单实例的，服务器客户端都没有用到sqlnet.ora文件。

这些都查了，根本没用到sqlnet.ora文件，网上还有说是内存不足或会话、进程数超最大值我是在虚拟机上装的oracle服务端，刚刚装好就无法从客户端登陆，应该没有多余的会话进程。
