oracle 数据库备份问题

求助各位大侠。小弟需要把linux系统上的oracle 10g的数据导出。 用xshell连接上去，用户也是 oracle的，但是在输入exp命令后，会报以下错误：
数据库连接没问的，我可以用sqlplus连接hra:~ # su - oracle
