isqlplus登录：
第一个页面
输入
       用户名：
       口令  ：
   连接标识符：点击 登录第二个页面显示：
无法在http://localhost.localdomain:5560/isqlplus/login.uix找到该文件。
请问是什么原因，怎么解决？另说明：刚开始是正常的，只是isqlplus的按钮显示为乱码，在网上找了些办法，乱码问题解决了，但是出现了上述问题，同时发现：emctl start dbconsole 无法正常执行
如下：
[oracle:/home/oracle]$emctl start dbconsole
