在线急等 Ora-01114错误

Question

操作环境是 操作系统windows 2003 64位，数据库系统 oracle10g 64位 RAC 配置是两台主机加一台存储
软件开发语言 PB9
在保存时有时会报 保存的明细数据失败，错误信息如下：
                 ORA-01114：将块写入文件6时出现IO错误（块 #198423）
                 ORA-29701:无法连接到簇管理器。
大家遇到过没呢，怎么解决？？？？

在ORACLE_HOME/bin的目录下执行下面的命令，就可以差不多知道怎么解决问题了。localconfig delete
localconfig add
