如图，现在这个表中商品名是从数据库中导出来的。现在，我想实现将每一行的值对应起来，比如第一个复选框 购买 和 苹果 和 后面顾客填入的 订单备注联系起来，以便我将数据导入到数据库中。现在问题是我看了半天书，也不知道该如何联立起来每行数据。希望可以得到解答，万分感谢！写的代码如下
