apache错误日志里面的 [userlimit:warn] 是指什么呢？

在日志里看到比较多像下面的错误:
[Sun Aug 25 10:35:03 2013] [10970692] [userlimit:warn] [client 119.147.225.xxx:58664] Vhost Limit : Access to /xxx/xxx/xxx.gif deferred, Requested Host xxx.com, Username 10970692 UserLimit 50 exceeded (67 currently), referer http://xxx.com/index.php
不知道这是什么限制呢，
少的时候会有连续几条，
多的时候会有连续二三十条这样的记录，
连续的记录ip都是一样的，时间在两三秒之间。apache板块好像没有这里活跃，所以写在这里了
