phpexcel 导出乱码问题！！各位前辈帮帮！！

       我是用ci框架写的，
这样不是会输出一个空的excel表格吗？为什么  打开是乱码呢？

我只知道这个问题是变码问题我遇到这个问题，一般都是把能改的都改，只要正常显示就行，要问我为什么这样改，我了不知道。你也可以试试。
