     我从本网站下载了程序，可是用127.0.0.1/ex.php打开，字体显示的是一堆乱码，请问是为什么？？？因为要交作业，所以请求帮助，谢谢！！！还有，一些链接是不成功的，谢谢！！！

    学校还有学PHP的？？？
    既然你的gb2312要乱码 那你就用utf8把 用editplus另存选择utf-8

    这个问题没法回答啊，都不知道你的index.php里面是什么。

    编码设置与文件编码要一致，你的代码设置的是gb2312的，那你的文件 也要设置成ansi的！或者你把代码中的charset设置成utf-8的！
