    我知道他是屏蔽了那个功能，错误信息是 get_cfg_var()  这个函数错误啊，服务器还是有输出Off的啊"Warning: get_cfg_var() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/toq/acc/www/admin/admin_info.php on line 61"  Off

    因为get_cfg_var被屏蔽掉了，这样调用该函数失败，那if ( get_cfg_var("register_globals") )就为假了，所以执行了else下面的语句。关键因为get_cfg_var是被屏蔽掉的，所以产生的是警告错误，这不影响程序的执行，只是会产生警告错了。
