改c:\winnt\php.ini
将session.save_path = 前面的#去掉，
改为你想保存session cookie文件的目录
如我本机的目录设为：session.save_path = E:\thmedical\session
每个想启动session加一个session_start();
另外你的机器是linux还是win2k？
如果是linux记得改tmp属性为777
