好象要加参数重新编译Apache，你可以看看http.conf中关于user的注释，具体我也不清楚如何，如果你试验成功了，别忘了与大家共享。
不过出于安全考虑，还是不要设置为root的好。

在win32下面不要用用户名的，linux下只是登陆操作系统时才用的

设置suid运行Apache不能用root用户的。。
