XAMPP启动APACHE总BUSY

2.启用LMHOSTS查询对钩已经去掉，已启用TCP/IP上的NetBIOS（N），安全WEB服务器对钩已经选上了

    很明顯...你要學會來從新安裝...當你將 xamp安裝五十次,appserv五十次,lamp五十次,單獨安裝再來50次,
    iis+php+mysql 來50次.如果你還來問這個問題....你就可以告我...我願意伏法....

    WSASocket failed to open the inherited socket. 这个错误，网上有说可能是 winsock2 的问题，在运行里输入：netsh winsock reset尝试恢复 winsock更多关于确定 Winsock2 是否已损坏并从中恢复参考 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811259/zh-cn
