访问带有中文的地址 报错:Unknown: Failed opening required 'C:/web/APMServ5.2.6/www/htdocs/user/绁炲惁.php' (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in Unknown on line 0
然后我想通过urlencode函数(php)把中文转换 但是报错
