php url 重写配置

我想问一下， url 重写具体如何配置，，  比如说，  http://www.abc.com/news/aaaa我希望重写为  http://www.abc.com/news/index.php?tid=2news 是目录，  aaa 是重写的对象， 谢谢了。。小生感激不尽  ：）
