There's a public_html/php.ini file which has had changes.
But, when going to http://www.xdlib.com/phpinfo.php it doesn't reflect those
changes.
In fact, the server is still reading Configuration File (php.ini) Path
/usr/local/Zend/etc/php.ini.Please correct this problem.
