php伪静态的奇怪问题

大家帮忙看一下这个网站，我的测试用的．
http://www.taohaowan.com/ztest/index.php
这里的规则一样的，但伪静态的表现形式不一样，有些伪静态成功了，有些根本就没有成功，还有一些网站的子分类，例如：http://www.taohaowan.com/ztest/category.php?id=3
可以通过
http://www.taohaowan.com/ztest/category-3.html
访问，但是在网站不显示．这是为什么？
还有类似于
http://www.taohaowan.com/ztest/group_buy.php
可以通过
http://www.taohaowan.com/ztest/group_buy.html
访问，但是不在网站上显示．首页也是的．
http://www.taohaowan.com/ztest/index.html
这个是什么原因？？
