str_replace函數問題

各位大哥們好
我在頁面中這樣寫：
$Content=str_replace("\r","<br>",$_POST['Content'])
再顯示$Content的時候為什麼英文單字會被截斷？？像下面這樣：

但help應該是連在一起的，有什麼辦法讓它寫在一起，還要有分段？　我一直在線，謝謝各位了
